POLICIES & PROCEDURE More Photos Classes for the school year 2001-2002 are September 10th thru May 18th.

DISCOUNT: Tuition paid in full for the first half of the year by July 31st and for the second half of the year by December 31st will receive a 10% discount. A 5% discount will be given for an individual or family taking 3 or more hours of class per week. Classes added on later will receive a 5% disc. only on class added. Private lessons are not included in the discounts.

COSTUME FEE: PreSchool Program $55; Includes leotard, tights, tutu, skirt, and xys t-shirt. The leotards and tights can be worn to class without the skirt or tutu. XTEAM is $75; students will also need team jacket, xys shirts, tights, leo, jazz pants, jazz shoes & tap(if they are tappers). All other singers, dancers & instrument students fee is $25; Includes xys -shirt. (Black jazz pant and proper shoes will also need to be purchased.) A handout will be given the first day of class with a list of other items needed for the shows and class.

REGISTRATION: Registration fee per family each year is $25. The tuition fee for one hour of class per week for the year is $360. No refunds.

PAYMENT PLAN: September 1st; $80(for each hour of class)+$25reg+costumefee, and seven post dated checks for October 1st thru April 1st dividing up the balance equally or automatic credit or debit withdrawal.

PRIVATE VOICE & DANCE LESSONS are $30 per half hour. Payment must be made by the 20th of the month before class to hold class time slot.

VIEWING CLASS is not recommended. Students get distracted when they are being watched and do not learn as well. Please plan to stay and watch only on the "watch & information week"(the last full week of each month). Teachers will have hand outs and answer questions during the last 10 minutes of class.

PERFECT ATTENDANCE: Students with perfect attendance for the entire year will receive a perfect attendance pin at the spring show.

WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS: No jeans, No bellies, No street shoes! A hand out will be given out the first day of class.

RECITAL/SHOWS: All students will be invited into 2 shows per year. An in studio show in January for all students and a spring show. The preschool will be in studio in the spring also and all other students will be at the Everett Performing Arts Center or a similar theater.
